Privacy Policy
Our commitment to transparency, data minimization, and user privacy, strictly aligned with international privacy standards (GDPR and LGPD).
Last updated: October 20261. Data Minimization Principle
The NEWS platform adheres to strict data minimization. Access to the public news feed and reading published articles requires no user registration, email submission, or personal identification.
2. Collected Technical Data & Purpose
We collect only essential technical metadata required for edge infrastructure security and performance, such as anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agents, and request timestamps to mitigate automated denial-of-service threats.
3. Cookies & Newsroom Session Management
The public reader interface of NEWS does not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies or behavioral advertising pixels. Strictly necessary technical cookies (news_session_token) are utilized solely for authentication and governance of authorized newsroom staff.
4. Aggregated Reading Metrics
Article view counts and reading metrics are recorded anonymously and in aggregate, without building individual user profiles or tracking browsing habits.
5. No Sale or Sharing of Data
NEWS does not sell, rent, or trade reader data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or commercial intelligence entities.
6. Security & Encryption Standards
All network communications are secured with end-to-end encryption via HTTPS and TLS 1.3, enforced by rigorous Content Security Policy (CSP) and HSTS edge headers.
7. User Rights & Inquiries
In accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy legislation, readers may contact our editorial board regarding data inquiries or clarifications through our official contact page.
