How does Costa Rica Cédula Jurídica validation work?
Validation checks that the number contains exactly 10 digits, starts with '3' indicating a legal entity, and features a recognised entity classification code according to the National Registry of Costa Rica.
Both hyphenated (3-XXX-XXXXXX) and unformatted (3XXXXXXXXX) inputs are accepted.
