Validation Algorithm
Weighted Modulo 10 formula:
Sum = Σ(d[i] * w[i]); CD = (10 - (Sum mod 10)) mod 10
- 1. Multiply first 7 digits by weights [9, 7, 3, 1, 9, 7, 3].
- 2. Calculate sum modulo 10.
- 3. Take 10 complement of remainder.
- 4. Verify VAT regime code and county jurisdiction.
