About Oman Tax Identification Number (TIN)
The Tax Identification Number (TIN) is the official taxpayer identifier issued by the Oman Tax Authority (OTA) for managing VAT and Corporate Income Tax in the Sultanate of Oman.
With the nationwide rollout of the Oman Fatoora e-invoicing initiative, the 8-digit TIN is mandatory on all electronic invoices with the 8th digit verified via Modulo 11 checksum.
