About the Pakistani CNIC
The CNIC is the 13-digit national identity card issued to citizens of Pakistan by NADRA.
It follows the 5-7-1 pattern: 5 digits for province/division code, 7 serial digits, and 1 gender check digit (odd for male, even for female).

Validation rules for Pakistani CNIC:
13 decimal digits + Province (1-7) + Gender in position 13
- 1. Verify exact length of 13 numeric digits.
- 2. Validate province code in 1st position (1 to 7).
- 3. Determine gender: last digit odd for males, even for females.
