Official South African enterprise registration composition:
Format: YYYY/NNNNNN/SS with SS ∈ {06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 21, 23, 25, 30}.
- 1. Remove slashes and non-numeric characters to obtain 12 decimal digits.
- 2. Ensure incorporation year is between 1900 and current year.
- 3. Verify that the 6-digit sequence is not all zeros.
