SAR Modulo 11 Algorithm
Official calculation rules used by SAR:
Weights = [2, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2]; Sum = Σ (d[i] * w[i]); Remainder = Sum mod 11
