Official Algorithm (Modulo 97)

Official verification formula by the Moroccan tax authority (DGI):

Remainder = (BigInt(base13) * 100) mod 97; Key = 97 - Remainder.

  3. 3. Compute remainder modulo 97.
  4. 4. Key = 97 - remainder.
  5. 5. Compare with the 14th and 15th digits.
