Luhn mod 10 over 6 date digits + 3 individual digits; Check = (10 - (sum mod 10)) mod 10.
  1. 1. Extract the 9 base digits (YYMMDD + 3 individual digits).
  2. 2. Multiply digits alternately by 2 and 1 from left to right.
  3. 3. If a multiplication result exceeds 9, add its digits together.
  4. 4. Sum all processed values.
  5. 5. The check digit is the number required to reach the next multiple of 10.
