Validation & Registration Rules (IRAS / ACRA)

Official rules established by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore:

Standard UEN: Weighted Modulo 11; M-Series: ^M[0-9A-Z]{8,9}$ issued directly by IRAS.

  2. 2. For local businesses, validate the 10-char modern or 9-char legacy UEN checksum.
  3. 3. For foreign digital providers under OVR, verify the M prefix followed by 8 to 9 alphanumeric characters.
  4. 4. Confirm compliance with GST invoice reporting rules.
