About Singapore Unique Entity Number (UEN)

The Unique Entity Number (UEN) is the official corporate identifier in Singapore (ACRA, ROS), adopted by IMDA and IRAS for the nationwide InvoiceNow e-invoicing network based on Peppol PINT SG specifications.

In the post-2009 modern entity format, UEN comprises 10 characters: 4-digit year, 2-letter entity type code (`LP`, `LL`, `FC`, `PF`), 3-digit sequence, and 1 Modulo 11 weighted check letter.
